It was recently advertised on the Town's Website that the West Boylston Sewer Commission would be having a sewer rate discussion/hearing on possible rate adjustments on Nov. 18th. The reason for this is that meeting was to consider possible changes affecting our business model for the Sewer Department. At this time, this will not be brought forward as a rate hearing. Instead, the Sewer Director, Finance Director and myself will conduct a sewer commission work-session on sewer finances to further educate the town and its sewer
commissioners on where our business model stands. While it will no longer be a rate hearing, I expect there will be some good information out there about this sewer funds and the public would be invited to attend and listen to the presentation.
I am happy to clarify this for the citizens of West Boylston.
