Please note: There are two intersections of Routes 12 and 140 in West Boylston, as the routes are joined for a short distance and then part again. The Route 12 and Route 140 intersection in the center of town is the southerly intersection and is identified by a Honey Farms store, Fay Brother's Funeral Home, Meola's Realty office. The town gazebo is located just to the north.
