The Veteran Homestead Mobile Medical Clinic
The Veteran Homestead Mobile Medical Clinic visits West Boylston at the Mixter Municipal Building (Town Hall) from 1pm to 3pm on the second Friday of each month.
Our purpose is to provide hypertension, cholesterol and glucose screening for veterans in their own neighborhoods, as well as to discuss other health related matters.
All veterans are welcome. Please bring your DD 214 or VA card. If you have any questions, please contact our local Veterans' Agent, Neil Norum, at 508-835-2714 or 508-835-6240.
